Create 365 - Day 20

I made a big batch of old-fashion soft pumpkin cookies tonight from scratch! The first dozen...

...okay, that's the next 8 pumpkin cookies. I may have claimed the first 4 for testing. I had to make sure they were good, of course!

If you want to make your own, I got the recipe here. I replaced the cinnamon and upped the nutmeg. Instead I used 3/8 tsp ginger & 1 1/8 tsp nutmeg. So good *nomnomNOM*!
