Yum!

Hmm, there seems to be a dozen or so cookies missing. Wonder how that could have happened *wipes crumbs and chocolate smudges off husband*. I admit I did have one or two. Or, six. In my defense though everyone that was going to come over today cancelled. I couldn't let the fresh out of the oven chocolately goodness go to waste now could I? Of course not. Urp.

Create 365 - Day 39

Cookies... so many cookies. I'm drooling just typing about them. I made a few dozen peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, for the first time ever, from this recipe (link).

They turned out delicious! The only thing I did that the recipe does not mention is to flatten them a bit. They spread as they cook but not enough to flatten out nicely from a perfectly round ball. Just give them a little thwack-thwack with the back side of a flat spoon. So they know who's boss.
